Happy St. Patrick’s Day

One of my favorite Holidays of the year!!!! On the 17^th of March each year, everything turns green. And most everyone around takes advantage of turning Irish… at least for the day. For me, it’s a day to let my actual Irish side have a little fun. There are so many fun things to do in honor of being Irish and St. Patrick’s Day, even though I don’t drink. So, while I can’t have a Guinness (I still have Guinness stuff lol) I can do the following and have the best day. So below is my fun list for St. Patrick’s Day.

A few of my favorites:

Clover Crafts / Shamrock Shakes / Decking out in green and fun Irish accessories / Having corned beef and cabbage with Irish soda bread /

Playing traditional Irish music, and dancing if I have the energy /

Dressing up the fur babies / Making and eating Irish treats / Watching an Irish film, an Irish play, or a film/play with Irish actors/actresses / Shamrock hunting for my four-leaf clover (maybe this will be my year lol) also the fact I have yet to find one I take as proof that no matter how short I am and contrary to what I have been called I am not a leprechaun.

I must admit, that is my one true frustration with all things Irish… That I still have yet to find a four-leaf clover in the wild. Believe me, I’ve been looking… for years!!! And I will keep looking haha. I’m not one to give up easily.

Live in the moment, enjoy your family, friends, alone time, and beautiful life. The fact we are still here, after all we’ve been through, is enough to make life beautiful. Be safe and have fun!
