Welcome, and Happy March!!!!

Spring is fast descending upon us, and for the first time in a long time, I’m excited about that. It feels new and hopeful. I think writing a rhyming children’s book about the joyous parts of spring might have influenced me, haha. So, I will set aside the cedar fever, asthma, and autoimmune stuff and instead focus on rain, pretty flowers, rainbows, and the fresh growth and farmers’ markets that always enter with spring.

This is not me not acknowledging the many physical things I’m dealing with; this is me choosing to place the energy of my focus on the parts of life I can enjoy no matter what I’m facing. It makes a difference in the strength I have to keep moving forward with intention. I hope you have the best Spring season in a long, long time.
